This is not the first time people try to crack down softwares and make mods for it like this Google Chrome theme editor. This tool can build themes and save it as default.dll file that will load the theme saved to Chrome.

How to use this Chrome Theme Editor:
1. Unzip the downloaded zip file that contains .png files but must be in separate different directories, these files can be edit and build to edit using the tool.
2. After building you can now test it and it will auto save into default.dll file but make sure that your theme’s path is correct. Sudden changes might result to error but its ok.
3. Now try to do the Build & Test button, this will make both action in one button.place default.dll in Chrome’s path and after that Launch it.
