1. Download the themes, and extract the file.
2. Take the properties window of the google chrome icon ( Right click on the google chrome icon on desktop  then click Properties).
3. Click the find target button on the properties window, A new window will open.
4. Go to 0.2.149.30/Themes (Here the fist folder name is 0.2.149.30 it may vary in your computer.)
5. Replace the excisting default.dll file with the default.dll file from the folder you downloaded. (Note: You can not replace the excisting default.dll file if you are already opened the google chrome programme, if so firstly close the google chrome programme).
6. After copied the file, Open the google chrome, Enjoy the new theme at your browser!!
