Google Chrome Plug-in : PageRank Status Checker

With old web browsers, we used to have tha chance of installing Google Toolbar and Alexa Toolbar in order to check the Google PageRank & AlexaRank values. Unfortunately, current version of Google Chrome doenst support those extensions and that is why findig out ranking values with Google Chrome is not possible. For this reason, a new Javascript Plug-in has been developed to check the rank of page that you are browsing.

To install the PageRank & AlexaRAnk Status Checker, please follow these steps :

  • Make sure your Google Chrome browser always shows the Bookmarks bar. If not, click menu: Tools -> Always show bookmarks bar.
  • Right click on the bookmarks bar, and then select Add Page.
  • In the Name field, enter “PageRank Status” or something you will remember, then for the URL field paste:

    I don’t like chrome for it can’t enlarge text of websites, I have to use Mother’s Magnifier to do it.
